Do I have your attention?
So, to continue with sexbots. Imagine you could have what you wanted. Where would that leave 'normal' relationships? As things become faster and people have less time for each other, will android companions become the norm?
But hey, what happens if you can't keep up and pay for the services when and if they fall due. Will you end up with something patched together that is less than attractive. What if you can't afford the updates.
Life is not always a bed of rose petals.
This is your future. AI is getting smarter all the time and before long, if we teach emotions to machines, the human race might become the second rate 'citizens'.
I will leave this blog with a very emotive picture I found on the web. 'Machine love'. To me it conveys a possible future where an android is a treasured individual as opposed to 'Bladerunner' (a brilliant movie well before its time) where androids had to be taken out so the human race could continue.
"Machine Love' Sorry, I don't know the artist.

As usual, for more piccies, head to www.wordsmorph.com to see what I've been up to. Cheers, B. Cameron Lee
