HEROIC FEMALE WARRIORS - of all descriptions.

Welcome to the New Year and a different but similar topic.
2010 posed questions regarding the direction our sexual relationships with technology were headed. The start of this year I am going to explore our relationship (from the male perspective of course) to the warrior female, generally scantily clad, stacked and carrying weapons of a size Arnie would have difficulty lifting let alone swing.
The fantasy 'suspension of belief' is often a necessity but with some great artists around - Who Cares?
The following pictures are from the Web and I will start with the obvious and leave the elves until a later post.

Golden Axe - Beastrider

Barbarian Huntress

Lady Death from the Comic Book

Lady Death - Dorian Cleavanger

Prince of Persia - Warrior within

Red Sonja Fights - Ed Benesuw

Wolf's Fang - Boris Vallejo

Future Fierce - Simon Bisley
As you can see, the architype of the currently attractive (late twentieth century) female is presented in an erotic fashion. A friend calls it 'nerd' porn.
Question: If real porn is so readily available, what is the attraction to this art?
Any answer would be welcome.
